GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

Foreword

Ravinala scs, with Headquarters in via Ritorni, 3 Reggio Emilia (RE), VAT number: 01318270350, is the owner and grants access to the website  Esthethique.com selling its products under the following General Conditions of Use and Trade, under the Legislative Decree no. 206/05 of the Italian consumer code.

About our products

Esthèthique pays special attention to the publication of information regarding the items on sale, for a clearer and more transparent purchase, by using the “item profile” to give detailed information concerning the features of the item (manufacturer, price, measures, materials, variants, weight, etc.) and associating them with explanatory images.

Availability of the goods

The client may purchase any product currently found in the online catalogue of Esthethique.com, at www.esthethique.com. The availability for each one of the products can be found on the website in the item profile under one of the following captions:

  1. The product is available in the warehouse
  2. Out of stock

If a request expressed through an online order cannot be immediately handled, you will be noticed by e-mail or telephone by our Customer Service. 

Prices

The selling prices found on the Esthethique.com website are stated in Euros (€) including VAT; shipping charges are not included. Shipping charges are at the expense of the buyer, exceptions made for promotions and/or promotional codes, and can be found at the end of the order as additional charges to the price of the selected goods. List prices are in Euros and are systematically stated clearly repeatedly before the order checkout. Esthèthique reserves the rights to modify the prices at any moment, but also commits in equal measure to apply competitive prices, in line with the characteristics of the goods. If, for any reason (bugs, manual errors, technical errors…), a wrong and/or manifestly paltry price is shown, Esthèthique reserves the right to cancel the order, even in case of an initial confirmation.

Place an order

Clients may place an order on the Esthethique.com website by following the 3 steps below:

  1. Identify by filling out the user name and password fields (or registering as a new client);
  2. Add the desired items to the cart
  3. Choose one of the methods of payment

Once the client has chosen the method of payment, he may proceed to settle the order in accordance to the provided process. By forwarding the order, the client will make the sales contract official. The order can be cancelled in the period of time provided by the section CANCEL THE ORDER

Delivery of the goods

The products purchased on the website Esthethique.com, if available in the warehouse, will be delivered within the first 48 hours following the confirmation of the order. In the case that a part of the items is not available, a written or telephone communication will be sent to the client within 48 hours. shipping methods, costs and time of the delivery of the goods to Italy and the rest of the world may vary depending on the type of shipping and destination. Cancellation of the order

The client may cancel the order at any moment following the confirmation of the product purchase on our website, by calling at the number +39 (0)522 924211

sending an e-mail at the address customercare@esthethique.com. If the client has already settled the payment of the order, Esthèthique will reimburse the total amount by means of the same payment method chosen for the order. For any logistic and economic reasons, we ask you kindly to communicate the cancellation of the order within 24 hours from the purchase confirmation, in order to avoid the delivery of the goods. If this can’t be done, we will withdraw the merchandise at the specified address at our expenses.

Withdrawal

Esthèthique’s withdrawal policies are not only compliant to the L.D. 206/05 of the Italian Consumer Code, but push forward to guarantee our clients the best protection. For further information go to the page RETURNS

Methods of payment

For your purchases on Esthethique.com you may choose among one of the following methods of payment, all equally reliable and safe.

Esthethique.com provides three different methods of payment:

  • Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Diners, American Express)
  • Bank transfer
  • PayPal

Credit card

Esthethique.com guarantees the safety of your payments via credit card tank to the payment systems managed by UniCredit S.p.A.. At your first order with credit card, you will be redirected to UniCredit S.p.A.’s servers to fill out your card’s details in a completely safe way. Once this process is finished and the payment has been approved, you will be once again redirected to Esthèthique.com and your order will be completed.

Absolutely yes.

Your purchases on Esthèthique.com via Credit Card are guaranteed by the payment systems managed by UniCredit S.p.A., which adopts the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certified system.

At your first order with credit card, you will be automatically redirected to a secure page (SSL) situated onto UniCredit S.p.A.’s servers, which will then manage the transition. In this page you will have to fill out your card’s details (number and expiration date) in a completely safe way. Your details will be directly acquired by UniCredit S.p.A., offering the best guarantees.

Your card’s details will be managed by UniCredit S.p.A. on request of Ravinala scs. It’s not possible for us or any other, at any given moment, to obtain personal information about the owner and number of the credit card. We will only receive the approval given by the card’s company itself. This procedure is completely safe and protects entirely both buyer and seller: the SSL encrypting system guarantees that no one is able to read the information sent via internet.

What happens when I cancel my order?

In case of order cancellation (for any reason!), we guarantee a full refund that will be reimbursed by means of the same payment method chosen for the order. If you have difficulties or you feel the need for help, please right to customercare@esthethique.com or call us at +39 (0)522 924211 and ask to speak to the Administrative Office.

Bank transfer

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, once you enter the payment area, UniCredit S.p.A.’s platform will redirect you to the e-banking of your bank in order to complete the payment and make traceable in UniCredit S.p.A.’s circuit.

If UniCredit S.p.A.’s portal doesn’t offer you the possibility of connecting directly to your bank, you can always proceed with an ordinary transfer to be addressed to:

Reason: order number, date of the order, your name and surname

The order will be fulfilled after the verification of the deposit. If we don’t receive your payment within 5 working days, the order will be considered void and it will be automatically cancelled by the system.

Your order will be fulfilled the moment we receive your payment or a receipt that confirms your payment. Therefore, in case you pay by bank transfer, you must add the period of time that it will take for the proper documents to reach us to that of the shipment.

Returns

Your Satisfaction is our top priority

Online trading is equalized to business correspondence. By law, the those who practice this activity are required to give some warranties, especially concerning the withdrawal policies. Esthèthique goes beyond the compliance to the norms concerning the Right to withdrawal, L.D. 21/2014 of the Italian Consumers Code, Find out about it in the comparison chart.

N.B. Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchange for earrings. Thereby the following conditions cannot apply to our earrings range. WHAT’S PROVIDED BY THE ITALIAN LAWS...

...THE POLICY CHOSEN BY ESTHETHIQUE

The buyer may change his idea within 14 days from the purchase by notifying the seller with a registered mail letter.

Our client may change his mind within 30 days from the date of purchase, for any reason and with no explanation required. He may notify us via e-mail, fax, telephone or registered mail, based on his needs.

The buyer may send back the goods to the seller at his own expenses.

Our client doesn’t have to do a thing, we will send someone to retrieve the goods at our expenses. The client may to contact us at the number +39 (0)522 924211 or e-mail us at customercare@esthethique.com to arrange the retrieval, free of expenses.

The buyer, if not satisfied with the product, may be refunded by sending back the contested or refused goods in its intact package. The buyer may be refunded within 30 days from his request.

Our client , for any reason and with no explanation required, may return the goods with no extra costs. We will be the ones to retrieve the goods even out of the package. We will then provide with the replacement of the items with others of equal or greater value, or with a full refund using the same method of payment chosen by the buyer during the order. We invite our clients to contact us to get started on the rendering procedure.

VERY IMPORTANT: we ask just one courtesy: please pack the goods with great caution, if possible, by using the same packaging material sit was sent in, giving the items the same level of protection. Ravinala reserves its right to charges the item’s costs only if it returns damaged and with clear signs of mispackaging, this is why we ask you kindly to use the same packaging materials that came with the goods, or with an equal protection level. Thank you!

When making an order on Esthethique.com, you will receive an e-mail with the instructions to trace your package. Esthèthique delivers throughout Europe with GLS and all of its accredited couriers.

International Shipping Costs

Customs charges, when provided, ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE SHIPPING CHARGES. Potential customs charges are to be paid by the buyer and will be calculated depending on the value of the order and communicated to the customs of the destination country at the moment of the delivery of the goods.

Free Delivery

Who’s entitled to a free delivery?
You are entitled to a free delivery when you buy one of the items with the “Free Delivery” tag.
